Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair Heads to Steam

Spike Chunsoft plans more Steam releases with Danganronpa series as "only the start"

Game developer Spike Chunsoft told game news website Siliconera that it will publish its Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair game on Steam, though it did not provide a date for the game's release on the platform.
Spike Chunsoft further revealed that it is planning future releases on Steam, saying the Danganronpa series is "only the start." Spike Chunsoft streamed an announcement trailer on Monday revealing that Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc will arrive on Steam in February.



Spike Chunsoft opened English Twitter and Facebook accounts last Thursday. The first post on both teases: "Attention class. Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc is about to get steamy!"
Steam's database previously listed PC releases for Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc and the sequel Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair.
NIS America released the PlayStation Vita ports of the first and second Danganronpa games in North America and Europe in 2014 under the names Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc andDanganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair. The company also released the spinoff game DanganronpaAnother Episode: Ultra Despair Girls.
