A store display for Shōtarō Tokunō's New Game! manga revealed the director and main staff for the manga's television anime adaptation. Director Yoshiyuki Fujiwara (Engaged to the Unidentified, GJ Club, Plastic Memories) is reuniting with series script supervisor Fumihiko Shimo(Clannad, Engaged to the Unidentified, Myriad Colors Phantom World) and character designer Ai Kikuchi (Rainbow - Nisha Rokubō no Shichinin, Engaged to the Unidentified) at the studio Doga Kobo.
In the workplace manga, the main character Aoba Suzukaze graduates from high school and joins a game company. The person who made the game that Aoba loved as a grade-schooler just happens to be Aoba's senior at the company. The story follows girls who work and aspire at the Eaglejump company.
Tokunō launched the manga in Manga Time Kirara Charat in 2013, and Houbunsha will published the third volume on January 27.
